Organisations and plans
An organisation is the thing that holds money, has members, and buys a plan.
Every Zold account belongs to an organisation. A personal account is an organisation of one. A business is an organisation with several members, each with a role, and with the tools a finance team needs.

Personal or business
| Personal | Business | |
|---|---|---|
| Members | You | Up to 50, with roles |
| Plans | Starter, Premium | Starter, Business |
| Verification | Yours, through Monerium | The company's, through Monerium |
| Invoices | Premium | Business |
| Approvals, chart of accounts, bulk payments | — | Business |
The two share one machine with different defaults. Everything a premium personal user wants (several currencies, tags, export, invoices) is in both; what a business adds is people, review, and the accounting surface.
Plans
Starter is free: one local account, send and receive, contacts, payment history and shareable receipts. On a business organisation it also includes members and roles, up to three.
Premium (personal) adds local accounts in several currencies, the full transaction ledger with tags and historical sync, cost basis and gains, monthly balance reports, CSV export, a reporting currency of your choice, and invoices.
Business adds everything in Premium plus payment review and approval, bulk payments from CSV, the chart of accounts with automatic rules, and accounting integrations.
| Limit | Starter | Premium | Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local accounts | 1 | 5 | 20 |
| Members | 3 | 1 | 50 |
| Imported wallets | 3 | 10 | 100 |
| Rows per CSV import | — | — | 500 |
| Report history | 3 months | unlimited | unlimited |
A limit refuses a new item; it never removes one you already have.
Trial
Every organisation can take one 30-day trial of its paid plan. Settings → Plan → Start trial. Your plan does not change during the trial; the trial is a grant on top of it, and when it ends you are back where you were. You can convert at any time with Keep it.
Upgrading and downgrading
Settings → Plan.
When you downgrade, nothing is deleted. Your chart of accounts, tags, rules, contacts, drafts, invoices and ledger stay exactly as they are; the features are paused and the screens that need them show what an upgrade restores. Upgrade again and it is all there.
Verification per capability
Some capabilities carry their own verification, because each regulated partner owns its own identity relationship. Your euro account is verified by Monerium. A card, when available, is verified by the card issuer. The Settings → Organisation screen lists each verification and its status; one does not stand in for another.
Settings
Settings hold the legal name, registered address and country, tax identifiers, reporting currency, time zone and cost-basis method, plus the invoice profile described in Invoice settings. The country of the organisation decides which invoicing rules apply.
