Tracking and receipts
Every transfer has a timeline, a detail view and a receipt you can share without giving away more than you mean to.
Activity
Activity lists deposits and transfers, newest first, with a status chip on each row. Filter by direction or state. The same rows appear on the dashboard's recent list.
Transfer detail
Open a row for:
- amount sent and amount received, with rate and fee,
- the recipient and the reference or pickup code,
- a timeline that reflects the transfer's actual state, step by step,
- for a cash pickup, the MoneyGram reference and a Refresh status button,
- the option to share a receipt.
A step that has not happened is not shown as done. If a transfer is waiting on something — the recipient's details, a partner confirmation — the timeline says what.
Shareable receipts
From a transfer's detail press Share receipt. You choose what the link reveals:
| Field | Options |
|---|---|
| Your name | shown / hidden |
| Recipient | shown / hidden |
| Amounts | shown / hidden |
| Rate and fee | shown / hidden |
| Reference | shown / hidden |
| Route | shown / hidden |
Copy the link. Anyone with it can open the receipt in a browser with no account. A field you withheld is never sent to the page, so it cannot be uncovered by anyone who opens the link.
- One receipt link per transfer. Sharing again replaces the earlier selection, so narrowing it narrows the live link.
- Links expire after 30 days.
- You can revoke a link at any time. Someone opening a revoked link is told it was revoked.
- A receipt can be shared only once the transfer has started moving.
Receipt links are long random strings that cannot be guessed. Treat them like the document itself: share with the person who needs it.
